The price includes:

Rental of the fully equipped cottage for 1 night, water consumption, use of the automated washing machine, woods for heating. In the cottage there are 8 bedspaces in total (6 beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 bedspaces on the collapsible sofa in the living room). An unlimited access to internet is for free!! Parking of 1 car in a roofed lean-to.

The price does not include:

It is necessary to pay the surety of (from 100 € in summer, 200 €r in winter) on the spot according to the type of the stay for possible damage of equipment and consumption of the el. energy.
Electric energy consumption – it is paid on the spot, an obligatory recreational payment to the municipality (0,7 € per adult person/per day, 0,2 € per child to 18 years old/per day), bedlinen + towels + dishcloths in the kitchen, final cleaning of the cottage 60 €/at the end of the stay.

Optional extra payments for services 
(can be ordered even individually but always for the whole stay):

use of the sauna in the cottage –sauna is for you only 50 €/week

use of the dishwasher + detergent 25 €/week

bedlinen + towels + dishcloths inthe kitchen 10 €/stay/per person

Weekend package (3 days) use sauna+dishwasher+detergent  30 €

with stays of more than 3 weeks –individual prices.

These discounts are not related to the Christmas and New Year's Eve stays, to the period of winter, spring, summer and autumn holidays.

In the season only week stays arepossible, outside of the season even shorter, minimally 3 nights. For a definitive reservation you need to pay the advance of 50% of the total amount of price.

After you pay this advance you will receive confirmation of your reservation.
